What certificate will I receive?
After completing the course requirements and final applied assessment, you receive a CPD certificate issued by UE Amsterdam and the European Cultural Centre, developed within the EIT Culture & Creativity framework.
Is this suitable if I am outside a major European capital?
Yes. The course was designed for accessible professional upskilling across Europe, including RIS regions, and focuses on tools that can be applied to different local urban contexts.
Do I need advanced technical knowledge?
No. You need curiosity about cities and sustainability, not specialist software skills. The course builds shared concepts and applied judgement rather than requiring a technical prerequisite.
What does RIS mean?
RIS means the EIT Regional Innovation Scheme: an EIT initiative that supports wider access to innovation, education, and upskilling opportunities in eligible countries and regions. For this course, an eligible RIS participant can use the reduced €120 fee instead of the standard €200 fee.
